64TEQ What we do Cloud telephony and contact centre

Cloud telephony and contact centre

Cloud telephony and contact centre, with the return found after go-live.

RingCentral brings business phone, messaging, meetings and contact centre together on one platform, now built around AI. We do more than move you to cloud telephony. We focus on the value after go-live, because that is where the return is and where most setups fall short.

What this fixes

The problems people bring us.

Paying for AI you never switched on

Call summaries, coaching insights and the AI receptionist sitting unused inside licences you already own.

A migration that ends at go-live

Numbers ported, handsets out, project closed. Nobody came back to see whether the call flows still fit the business.

Seats nobody calls from

Licences renewed for people who left, desks that were merged, queues that no longer exist.

A contact centre sized by guesswork

Too few agents at the busy hour or too many all day, because nobody did the maths.

What we do

Capabilities, in full.

A Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for twelve consecutive years, 600,000+ customers in 100+ countries, running at 99.999% availability. We design, port, configure and support it on your side of the platform.

The platform
  • RingEX: calls, messaging, video meetings and fax in one app
  • RingCX: omnichannel contact centre with outbound and workforce engagement
  • RingCentral Events for virtual, hybrid and in-person events
  • 500+ integrations, including Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, plus open APIs
The AI you're probably already paying for
  • AI Receptionist that answers and routes calls around the clock
  • Personal AI assistant: live call notes, summaries, message drafting and translation
  • RingSense conversation intelligence: call scoring, coaching and insights straight into your CRM
What we do around it
  • Migration from on-premise PBX or a legacy hosted provider, numbers ported without drama
  • Handsets, headsets and meeting-room hardware, configured before they arrive
  • Licence review before every renewal, so you stop paying for seats nobody calls from
  • Contact centre sizing with proper Erlang C maths before you commit to seats
Where the gap is biggest
  • Private healthcare and other regulated sectors often run the core platform without the AI tools
  • That means analytics, call insights and automation already sitting inside what they own, unused
  • We find it, switch it on and prove the return

64TEQ is a RingCentral strategic partner. You contract with RingCentral for the service itself; we design the system, place the order, coordinate porting, configure call flows and users, supply the handsets and support you afterwards. We disclose the commission RingCentral pays us. Calls to 999 over internet telephony depend on power and connectivity, and we set that out plainly before go-live.

Proof

Recognised, reviewed and still small enough to care.

Straight answers

Questions we get about this.

Do we contract with 64TEQ or RingCentral?
With RingCentral for the platform: they provide, bill and support the service and are the regulated communications provider. 64TEQ designs, orders, ports, configures, trains and supports on your side, under our own agreement. We disclose the commission RingCentral pays us.
Can you move us from an on-premise PBX?
Yes. Discovery of what you have, call flow design, number porting coordinated with the losing provider, handsets configured before they arrive and training on the day. The porting date is set by the carriers, so we give you the real one.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. RingCentral integrates with Teams and 500 other applications including Salesforce, so people can keep working where they already are.
How many contact centre seats do we need?
Put your busiest hour, handling time and answer target into the seat sizer and it tells you, using the same Erlang C model the platforms use. We model the full picture, with abandonment and multiple skills, before a renewal.
What about the AI features?
Most clients already pay for some of them. We audit what is switched on, turn on what is not and measure the difference: call summaries into the CRM, coaching scores, an AI receptionist for out-of-hours.
What happens to 999 calls on internet telephony?
They depend on power and internet connectivity and may not work in an outage. Registered emergency addresses must be kept up to date with RingCentral, and staff told about the limits. We cover this before go-live, not after.
