64TEQ What we do Cloud, Azure and Microsoft licensing

Cloud, Azure and Microsoft licensing

A Microsoft CSP provider that manages the licences, not just sells them.

Microsoft 365 and Azure delivered with ongoing cost control and licence management. We rationalise what you pay for, switch on the security already inside your plan and tell you when an Enterprise Agreement or a bundle has stopped making sense, backed by a UK Microsoft indirect CSP distributor with round-the-clock technical assistance behind us.

What this fixes

The problems people bring us.

Seats nobody uses

Leavers, duplicates and add-ons that roll over at every renewal because nobody had time to look.

Top-tier licences for email users

E5 for people who read email and open spreadsheets, sold as a discount.

Security you already own, switched off

Business Premium, E3 and E5 include more protection than most tenants use. It sits there unlicensed to nobody and unused.

Azure that only goes up

Workloads lifted and shifted, never right-sized, reservations never bought, a bill nobody reviews monthly.

What we do

Capabilities, in full.

One agreement covers the Microsoft stack. What sits under it, and what we do with it after the invoice.

Licensing, done properly
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform under one CSP agreement, one invoice
  • Monthly and annual terms matched to your headcount, with the New Commerce rules explained in plain English before you commit
  • A licence position review before every renewal, so leavers, duplicates and unused add-ons don't roll over
  • Moving you off an Enterprise Agreement or Open when it stops making sense, and telling you when it doesn't
Modern workplace
  • Microsoft 365 rollouts, tenant tidy-ups and migrations from Google or on-premise Exchange
  • Intune and Autopilot, so new devices enrol themselves and arrive ready
  • Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop when a laptop isn't the answer
  • Copilot readiness: data hygiene and permissions first, licences second
Azure, without the bill shock
  • Migration of on-premise workloads when a server refresh stops adding up
  • Backup and disaster recovery into Azure, with tested restores
  • Reservations, right-sizing and a monthly spend review, so the bill goes down as often as it goes up
  • Microsoft Fabric for the data side: one platform for lakehouse, data engineering and Power BI, licensed and sized properly from day one
  • Managed Azure through our managed service operation when you'd rather not run it yourself
Security you already pay for
  • Defender, Entra ID with conditional access and MFA, Purview and Sentinel, switched on properly
  • Business Premium, E3 and E5 include more security than most tenants use; we start there before selling anything
  • Zscaler and Palo Alto where Microsoft stops
  • Cyber Essentials alignment as a by-product, not a project

64TEQ is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, CRN Highly Commended as a Microsoft CSP partner, working through a UK indirect CSP distributor (Westcoast Cloud) whose technical desk runs around the clock. Beyond Microsoft we work with Zscaler and Palo Alto. Approximate Microsoft list prices appear in our tools for comparison only; a person confirms live pricing, and our terms set out how cloud subscriptions, terms and the seven-day cancellation window work.

Proof

Recognised, reviewed and still small enough to care.

Straight answers

Questions we get about this.

What does a Microsoft CSP provider actually do?
Under the Cloud Solution Provider programme we provision and bill your Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform subscriptions on one agreement and one invoice, hold delegated admin rights to support you and stand between you and Microsoft when something needs escalating. The difference between providers is what happens after the licence is sold. We review the position before every renewal and tell you what to cut.
Can you move us from an Enterprise Agreement or Open?
Yes, and we will tell you if you should not. Microsoft sets the EA entry point at 500 users or devices; around that size a CSP agreement is often the better deal once the true-up and the bundle are counted, and above it the answer depends on what you use. We model both before you commit.
Monthly or annual terms?
Annual is cheaper per seat; monthly costs more (Microsoft adds a premium) but flexes with headcount. Most clients run a stable core on annual and the moving edge on monthly. The New Commerce rules mean an annual commitment cannot be reduced after the seven-day window, so we size it carefully.
Do you charge for a licence review?
No. Paste an admin centre export into the licence review tool and see the idle seats yourself; ask us and a person does the full position review before your renewal at no charge.
What about Azure costs?
Reservations and savings plans for steady workloads, right-sizing for the rest and a monthly spend review so the bill is looked at by a person, not just paid. If you would rather not run Azure yourselves, it can sit under a managed service.
Do you sell Copilot?
We sell it when you are ready for it. Readiness means data hygiene and permissions first, so Copilot cannot surface a file it should not. We will say so if you are not there yet.
