Why does it keep telling me to fix the data first?
Because a model pointed at four versions of the truth learns four versions of the truth. If the foundations score is low, the honest advice is to get one agreed copy of the customer, product and money data flowing automatically before anything is built on top.
Our people already use ChatGPT. Is that a problem?
It is the most common answer and the quickest fix: a one-page rule on what may go into which tool and an approved tool people can actually use. A ban that everyone ignores is worse than a policy.
What is a discovery session?

Do we have to be a Microsoft shop?
