How it works

Get the report

In the Microsoft 365 admin centre, Reports, Usage, Active users. Set the period to 90 days and export the CSV. Or skip this and type your plans in.

Read it here

Choose the file or paste it whole, header row included. Products and last-activity dates are counted; everything else is ignored.

Read the position

Which report does it read?
The Active users report from the Microsoft 365 admin centre (Reports, Usage, Active users, exported as CSV). If you would rather not export anything, enter each plan and its seat count by hand.
Are the prices real?
Approximate UK list prices per user per month, for comparison only. Your CSP price will differ and you can overwrite them; a person confirms live pricing before anything changes.
Does 64TEQ see my user list?
No. The file is read in your browser and names are ignored; the summary you can choose to send us contains only the totals.
When should I do this?
Before every renewal and whenever headcount moves. Under the New Commerce rules an annual commitment cannot be reduced after the first seven days, so the time to cut is before you renew.
