Check hardware warranties from the serials you already have.

Made for the moment an asset register lands on your desk with no warranty column. It covers Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco, points you at the makers' own sites for the rest and a person at 64TEQ picks up anything unresolved. Nothing is stored and there is nothing to sign up to.

Warranty check

Serial numbers in, warranty dates out.

Paste one serial or two hundred from the asset register, one per line. We work out the manufacturer from the format, look up each warranty and give you the end dates in one list, oldest first. Anything expiring can go straight into the renewal calendar below.

Only the serials you paste are looked up, and nothing is kept. Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco are the ones we can check; anything else, or anything out of warranty, a person picks up. Whether a product or Windows version is still being patched is a different question: that's the end-of-support checker under Renewals.

Where a maker offers a checker, the link opens with your serial ready. Where they do not, or when there are too many to do by hand, a person at 64TEQ checks them for you.

Act

Anything expiring goes into the renewal calendar, and we can quote extended cover or a replacement.

Which manufacturers can it check?
Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco are recognised from the serial format. Apple and Microsoft Surface can only be checked on the makers' own sites, which the tool links to.
Is anything stored?
No. The serials stay in your browser; only the ones you choose to send to a person leave the page, in a WhatsApp message you press send on.
Why does it not just show the date?
The manufacturers publish warranty data through partner APIs with their own terms. Until each one is connected, the tool identifies the maker, opens the right checker and lets a person at 64TEQ do the rest. That is what it does today, and this page will change when it does more.
What happens to kit that is out of warranty?
We quote extended cover where the maker still offers it, or a replacement where it does not, and we help with the claim on anything still covered, at no charge under clause 10.3 of our terms.
